At Shreea, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality handcrafted wooden décor and kitchenware. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Since our products are handmade and crafted with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

✅ Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.

• Your product was damaged during delivery.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request a refund in these situations:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactshreea@gmail.com.

2. Share your order number and photos/videos of the product and packaging.

3. Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural in handmade wooden products).

• Delay caused by courier/shipping partners beyond our control.
